What does Saponified Mean?

It is the process that uses Lye to harden the fats in the oils. Once lye combines with the fats in the oils it changes properties and becomes the neutral cleansing product in soap.

What are the benefits of each of the ingredients?

• Olive Oil – is a monounsaturated fat that is high in anti-oxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties
• Coconut Oil – is good for blood sugar, high blood pressure, boosts energy and helps as a salve for wounds and burns
• Goat Milk – is moisturizing, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory, anti-aging and helps protect against sun damage
• Lemongrass Essential Oil – The compounds that form lemongrass essential oil are known to have insecticidal, antifungal, antiseptic, and anti-inflammatory properties.
• Activated Hardwood Charcoal – effectively cleanses the skin, unclogs pores, removes deeper impurities, and dead skin cells. The result is smooth, supple, and even-toned skin. Dirt, toxins, heavy metals, chemicals, and other poisons are attracted to the charcoal molecules and washed away.
